Herbal Mojo: Does It Work?

Whether Herbal Mojo works is a fair question to ask before spending money, and the honest answer needs the evidence behind each of the six herbs laid out rather than summarised into a promise. This page sets out what has been measured, what has not, and what customers report. The short version of does Herbal Mojo work is that the ingredient evidence is uneven and stated as such below.

Does Herbal Mojo work

Customers report effects within 30 to 40 minutes lasting up to 24 hours, and that is the strongest claim the product makes. There is no clinical trial of the finished six herb formula, so nothing here rests on one.

What exists is research on the individual herbs, conducted at different doses and to very different standards. Two have randomised placebo-controlled trials in men, one has an open trial without a placebo group, two have laboratory work only, and one has an NIH position stating the studies do not support it.

A reader who wants a guarantee will not find one on this page. A reader who wants to see the actual state of the evidence and decide for themselves can read the table below.

What does the research behind each herb show

Herb Amount What the cited research measured
Maca Root (Lepidium meyenii) 154 mg Randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in healthy men, 1,500 mg or 3,000 mg daily for 12 weeks. Sexual desire improved from week eight. Serum testosterone and oestradiol did not differ from placebo.
Tribulus Terrestris 49 mg Randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, 180 men aged 18 to 65 with mild to moderate erectile dysfunction, 12 weeks. Erectile function and satisfaction scores improved against placebo.
Ginkgo Biloba 49 mg Open trial with no placebo group, 63 patients with antidepressant-induced sexual dysfunction. Reported 84 per cent response overall and 76 per cent among the 30 men.
Saw Palmetto 24.5 mg The NIH National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health states that rigorous studies do not support saw palmetto for benign prostatic hyperplasia or for any other condition. Present for traditional use.
Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium) 24.5 mg Isolated enzyme assay, not a human study. Icariin inhibited human PDE5A1 with an IC50 of 5.9 micromolar against 74 nanomolar for sildenafil in the same assay, roughly eighty times weaker.
Cnidium Monnieri 24.5 mg Isolated rabbit erectile tissue, not a human study. Four coumarins from the fruit, including osthole, relaxed precontracted tissue.
Total 325.5 mg

Every human trial above used a daily dose well above the amount of that herb in one capsule, taken continuously for twelve weeks. The maca trial used 1,500 mg to 3,000 mg a day against 154 mg here, so those results describe the herbs rather than this product.

A 2018 systematic review of 24 randomised trials covering 2,080 men gives useful context on the field. It found encouraging evidence for ginseng specifically, judged the wider evidence base too weak for firm conclusions, and noted only seven of the 24 trials had a low risk of bias. Ginseng is not in this formula.

What Herbal Mojo does not do

It does not change anatomy. Erection quality is about how completely the erectile tissue fills and holds pressure during arousal, which is a separate matter from underlying size, and any product claiming enlargement from a capsule is worth walking away from.

It does not raise testosterone. The maca trial cited above measured serum testosterone directly and found no difference from placebo, and the same has been reported for Tribulus.

It is not a treatment for erectile dysfunction and is not a substitute for a medical assessment. Persistent or worsening difficulty needs a doctor rather than a supplement.

How long does Herbal Mojo take to work

Effects are typically reported within 30 to 40 minutes of taking a capsule, and reported to last up to 24 hours. Taking it on an empty stomach gives the fastest absorption, and it can be taken with alcohol.

There is no build-up period. Use is as needed only, never on a daily schedule.

How do you take Herbal Mojo

  1. Take one or two capsules 30 to 40 minutes before sexual activity.
  2. Take on an empty stomach for fastest absorption.
  3. It can be taken with alcohol.
  4. Do not exceed the amount stated on the pack.

Full guidance is on the Usage Guidelines page, and the mechanism is on the How It Works page.

Who should speak to a doctor first

Men taking nitrate based heart medication, blood thinners or any other prescription drug should speak to a doctor before use. The published formula with amounts is what makes that conversation possible, which a proprietary blend does not.

No adverse effects have been reported to us by customers when Herbal Mojo is taken as directed. That is a record of what buyers have told us, not a safety trial. The 2018 review above did find that adverse events across the 24 trials showed no significant difference against placebo, which is reassurance about herbal supplements as a class rather than about this formula.
