Is Herbal Mojo taken daily

No. It is taken only on the occasions it is needed. Nothing accumulates, so there is no loading period, no first week and no missed dose.

What to do if you noticed nothing

Check the conditions before changing the amount. Four things account for most of it.

  • Timing. Taken less than 30 minutes before, there may not have been time to absorb.
  • Food. A large or high-fat meal shortly beforehand slows absorption.
  • Alcohol. A heavy session blunts arousal independently of anything taken.
  • Sleep and stress. Both act directly on the nerve signalling an erection depends on.

Change one of those at a time, and do not exceed the pack amount to compensate. Erectile difficulty that is persistent rather than occasional is a reason to see a doctor rather than adjust a supplement.

What is in each capsule

Seven ingredients totalling 350 mg, with the milligram amount of each printed on the pack and no proprietary blend: Eurycoma Longifolia 154 mg, Saw Palmetto 24.5 mg, Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa 49 mg, Ginkgo Biloba 49 mg, Horny Goat Weed 24.5 mg, Cnidium Monnieri 24.5 mg, Tribulus Terrestris 24.5 mg.

The evidence behind those seven is uneven. Two have randomised placebo-controlled trials in men, one has an open trial with no placebo group, two have laboratory work rather than human studies, one has no published human trial, and the NIH position is that rigorous studies do not support Saw Palmetto. The ingredients page states which is which.
