Worldwide Shipping Policy
Herbal Mojo offers worldwide shipping on every order. Orders to the United States ship from Florida, and all other orders ship from Australia. This page sets out delivery times, shipping rates, customs responsibilities, and how lost or undelivered orders are handled, so you know exactly what to expect before you buy.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
All orders are dispatched within 1 business day with tracking. United States orders ship from Florida and all other orders ship from Australia. Delivery times are counted from dispatch.

United States Orders
Orders to the United States ship from Florida and are tracked from dispatch to the door.
- Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
- Shipping is USD $4.50 on every US order, including the free trial.
- Parcels ship within the United States, so no US import duties apply.
Tracking and Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being placed.
- Tracking is provided by email once your order ships.
- United States orders are sent from Florida. All other orders are fulfilled and sent by Herbal Mojo from Australia.
Delivered Orders
Once the carrier marks an order as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to you. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, please contact the carrier to open an enquiry. Herbal Mojo is not liable for packages the carrier has confirmed as delivered.
Lost in Transit
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit before it is delivered, you choose how we make it right: a full refund, or a replacement sent at no charge. Email orders@herbalmojoforguys.com with your order number and we will arrange your preferred option.
Incorrect Address
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If a parcel is returned or cannot be delivered because of an address error, you cover the cost of sending it again.
- Orders that are not sent again are not refundable.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may attract import duties or taxes charged when the parcel reaches your country. As the importer of record, you are responsible for these charges and for compliance with your local import rules. If customs in your country seizes or detains a parcel, the associated costs rest with you. Orders to the United States ship domestically from Florida, so US import duties do not apply.
Refusing a parcel at the door to avoid a duty charge does not cancel the order. Return freight and any charges raised by the carrier remain with you.
