Herbal Mojo offers worldwide shipping from Australia on every order. This page sets out delivery times, shipping rates, customs responsibilities, and how lost or undelivered orders are handled, so you know exactly what to expect before you buy.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
All orders are dispatched within 1 business day and sent from Australia with tracking. Delivery times are counted from dispatch.

Tracking and Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being placed.
- Tracking is provided by email once your order ships.
- Every order is fulfilled and sent by Herbal Mojo from Australia.
Delivered Orders
Once the carrier marks an order as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to you. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, please contact the carrier to open an enquiry. Herbal Mojo is not liable for packages the carrier has confirmed as delivered.
Lost in Transit
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit before it is delivered, you choose how we make it right: a full refund, or a replacement sent at no charge. Email orders@herbalmojoforguys.com with your order number and we will arrange your preferred option.
Incorrect Address
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If a parcel is returned or cannot be delivered because of an address error, you cover the cost of sending it again.
- Orders that are not sent again are not refundable.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may attract import duties or taxes charged when the parcel reaches your country. As the importer of record, you are responsible for these charges and for compliance with your local import rules. If customs in your country seizes or detains a parcel, the associated costs rest with you.
