Refund and Return Policy
This policy explains when Herbal Mojo issues a refund or sends a replacement on your order of natural ED pills. Read it before you order so you know exactly where you stand. All orders ship from Australia, and full shipping detail is set out in our worldwide shipping policy.
The headline: we cover orders that arrive damaged and orders confirmed lost in transit. We do not cover change of mind, results that vary from person to person, or shipments held up by customs.

When You Are Covered
Damaged on arrival. Your pack or capsules show physical damage when the parcel reaches you. Email us within 30 days of receipt with a clear photograph of the damage and we will refund or replace.
Confirmed lost in transit. Your parcel has not arrived within the standard 10 to 14 business day delivery window and the carrier or our team classes it as lost. Email us within 30 days of dispatch and we will refund or replace.
Please allow the full 10 to 14 business days before lodging a lost in transit claim. Most parcels reported missing in the first week arrive shortly after.
When You Are Not Covered
We do not issue refunds in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind. Once an order is dispatched, it is final.
- Results did not match expectations. Herbal supplements work differently for every person. Herbal Mojo is sold on the basis of its formula and the traditional use of its herbs, not on guaranteed individual outcomes. See our usage guidelines and expected results.
- Delivery inside the published window. Anything within the 10 to 14 business day range is on time.
- Incorrect address supplied at checkout. Please check your address before you confirm the order. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error, you are responsible for the cost of re-shipping. Parcels that are not re-shipped do not qualify for a refund.
- Customs seizure or detention. Herbal Mojo ships worldwide, and you are responsible for compliance with your own country's import rules. We are not liable for parcels held, inspected, or destroyed by customs. See our worldwide shipping policy.
- Delivery refused at the door. If you refuse the parcel when the carrier attempts delivery, the order is not refundable, and re-shipping requires payment of new postage.
How to Lodge a Claim
Email orders@herbalmojoforguys.com with the subject line Refund Claim and include:
- The name on the order
- Your order number
- A short note describing the issue, damaged or lost
- For damaged orders, a clear photograph of the damage
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Replacements are dispatched at no charge to you.
Do Not Send the Product Back
If your order arrives damaged, please do not return the pack. We do not need it back, and unrequested returns cannot be processed. Keep the item, send us the photograph, and we will handle the rest from our end.
Delivery Window
Herbal Mojo ships worldwide in plain, unbranded packaging. Standard delivery takes 10 to 14 business days from dispatch. International parcels may pass through customs in your destination country, and occasional delays are normal. Please allow the full window before contacting us about a missing parcel.
